COMMISSIONER NICOLE ROBINSON

Commissioner Nicole Robinson was born on June 28, 1974 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. A 1992 graduate of Zachary High School, in Zachary, Louisiana, Commissioner Robinson attended Louisiana State University and received a B.S. in International Trade and Finance with a Minor in Political Science in 1997. Commissioner Nicole Robinson obtained her law degree from the LSU School of Law in 2000. She was appointed as a Commissioner of the 19th Judicial District Court in November 2012 and is the Senior Commissioner.

Commissioner Kinasiyumki “Kina” Kimble

COMMISSIONER KINASIYUMKI KIMBLE

Commissioner Kinasiyumki “Kina” Kimble was appointed to her post by the Judges of the 19th Judicial District Court in March 2018.  She is a former East Baton Rouge Parish Assistant Public Defender, having served in that capacity since 2013.  Kimble was also an Adjunct Professor of Criminal and Juvenile Law in the Southern University Law Center’s Clinical Educational Department.

Commissioner Kimble received her undergraduate degree from Grambling State University in 2001 and her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center in 2005.
