Judge Louise Hines was elected to the Division F seat in May of 2023 and presides over Criminal Section 7. She previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in East Baton Rouge Parish where she prosecuted murder, gang violence and sex crimes cases. She earned her undergraduate and law degrees from LSU. Judge Hines is married to Michael Myers and is the mother of two daughters.
