Program Objectives

• Reduce the number of non-violent offenders incarcerated in East Baton Rouge Parish.

• Reduce the re-arrest rate for non-violent, drug-related criminal activity.

• Increase supervision for non-violent offenders entering the 19th JDC Adult Drug Court Program.

• Increase education of 19th JDC Adult Drug Court participants/graduates.

• Increase employment of 19th JDC Adult Drug Court participants/graduates.

• Reduce substance abuse and addiction in East Baton Rouge Parish.
